Hello Om, 65 percentile in JEE Mains means your rank would be somewhere around 2,80,000-3,00,000. I don't think that you would be able to get any colleges on that basis even if you are from SC category. Although it is highly unlikely that you will get a seat, I suggest you check the JOSAA cutoff 2018 provided below:
