Well is different for me to tell u this because u have not given me a clear information like what is your rank , from which category u belong, but no issues let me know you that if you belongs to general/BC/EWS then you need to score minimum 40 marks out of 160 marks to qualify in EAMCET . And for SC/ST category their is no minimum qualifying marks. For more detail you can go through the link given below:

Well, it highly depends on which course you want to get in and what category you belong to. I'll give you an insight for previous year cut offs(2019) for different colleges :-

GNTU college of engg - 141 (general), 121 (SC), 126(ST)

Chaitanya bharti college - 146(G), 112 (SC), 106(ST)

Mahatma gandhi institute of technology- 134(G), 102 (SC), 93(ST)

Vasavi college of engge-139.5(G), 100(SC) ,90(ST)

MSVR engg college - 123(G), 104(SC), 93(ST)

So, you can check it according to your category.
