See there is no any kind of free seat but yes different colleges provide various scholarship schemes through which your most of the fee gets waived off but the scheme varies from institution to institution.

It is not possible to provide you an exact list of colleges based on your rank because cut-off keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :

** Number of candidates appeared for examination.

** Top score for that particular year.

** Total number of seats available.
