Hi kumar, hope you ae doing well, with your rankof 66,317 you can not expect any good colleges like iits and nits. If by hard if you get also you can not get into your desired stream like cse,ece. I suggest you go with some private colleges which are good both at placements as well as academics and get into your desired stream. Hope you are doing well.
66,317 rank is very high in case of JEE Mains paper 2.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to get into any of NITs or GFTIs or SPAs since most of them have a closing rank of at most 7,000-8,000 for General Category, but you can try for private colleges.
