Looking at the previous year trends it looks like you might not qualify for JEE Advanced. If you belong to SC/ST/PWD category, yes you have a chance of qualifying the exam, otherwise, it looks quite difficult. Don't lose hope, look at what colleges accept Board exam marks and try for some other exams to get admission in a different college.

Traditionally, the cut-offs of Joint Entrance examination, Main lies in the range of 88 percentile to 91 percentile, and by going with this trend, it seems very difficult that you'll qualify JEE Main to give JEE Advanced, but you can always try next year with more preparation.
