Based on your percentile, it will be tough to get into colleges through JoSAA Counselling. However, you could apply for state counselling, for example, if you want colleges around MP, then you could apply for the Maharashtra state counselling where you would be eligible to get admission into many colleges, like Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai, DY Patil College of Engineering, Pune, and many more.

I suggest that you give the second attempt so that you can prepare better and improve your score. Second attempt is your scope for improvement, and aim to do well so that you can get the colleges of your choice.
