With ~67k you will not be able to get any good branch in VIT Chennai in category 1 . Vit take 20k in first category for main campus . For Chennai campus it hardly goes till 28k . So it is impossible to get CSE or IT in any campus. Even it would be difficult to get any other branch in category 1 . As category increases fees increases . 

According to me you can only get some lower branch in higher category. But there is management quota also through which you can take anything.

Sorry, it will be difficult for you to get higher branches as their cutoffs are around 15,000 to 9,000. According to previous years cuttoffs you can only get lower branches like Fashion technology etc.

I would suggest you to look for other colleges or take a drop this year and study hard for next year's examination.
