Taking into consideration trends in previous year cutoff, difficulty of question paper and no of aspirants I am sorry to say this but you might not able to get admission in CNLUs.
Last year obc category cutoff of CNLU was 101.77.
Even this year cutoff may change due to easy paper and high Cutoff is expected.
