According to your rank in JEE Advanced in OBC - NCL Category that is 6700 and also considering the last year's cut off of round four , there is tough chance to get admission in Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy, Visakhapatnam in chemical engineering as the last year's closing rank was 6866 which is little close to your rank.
