B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
SASTRA doesn't give admission on jee main marks alone. You also require a good performance in your 12th boards, based upon your percentage in 12th and jee main rank you can get different branches in SASTRA. It is quite difficult to say about it's exact cutoff, it keeps fluctuating, with a score of atleast 85% they give you branches like Civil, BIOT, etc.

Hello Raghul,
First of all, I'll tell you the calculations done by SASTRA university for SASTRA rank publication . If you've opted for stream 1, the sastra rank will be published based on SASTRA score ie; (0.25*jee perecentile) +(0.75*boards percentile). Boards percentile is pretty important as its an gamechanger for many of the students. I think it will be difficult for you to get a counselling call in the first round, but hope for second rounds. Yes, you can get a seat in SASTRA in second round(subject to availablity)
Hope that helps
