Most probably you will not get any NIT with 67.8%ile.
Students scoring more than 90%ile have fair chance to get some NITs or IIITs or GFTIs .And you will not get any of these.
The better option for you is to prepare for JEE april session so that you can improve your score and get admission in some good college.
If you don't want to appear in JEE then you can apply to your state combined entrance test to get state engineering colleges or some private colleges of your state.

According to your rank you cant get any seat as your percentile is too low but if you have a reservation you can get a good nit If you reservation is of ST OR SC caste you can easlity get a seat with that seat easily too, so hope that you will get a seat so allthebrst for yourfuture

sorry,but you can't get a NIT at this percentile.because only the cutoff of JEE main will be approximately 85 percentile or more.
even there is no any state Government college take admission below cutoff marks.
you can get admission in many private colleges.
