For general category minimum percentage are  75 for eligibility.

Since under reserved category candidate must have 65 percentage in there boards.and also have passed the 12th.

JEE Mains is already conducted this year.

But , about your question the minimum eligibility for jee mains exam is 60% in 12 grade, and you scored 68% in OBC category , so you're eligible.

But to appear for JEE Advance you have to get 75% in 12 grade in general category and 5% relaxation for obc category.

So you are eligible for jee mains.

Yes you are eligible to write jee mains but not eligible to get admission in NIT'S  and IIT'S.
