Congratulations on your result! Your Mains rank and Advanced rank are very good.Unless you really want to study in an IIT and want that IITian tag, my suggestion is that you settle for an NIT.Because, a rank of 9700 will not get you into any good IIT. All you can get in a very new IIT that too a very compromised branch. 

But if you go for an NIT, you have very good options! NIT Calicut, Rourkela, Nagpur, Allhabad, Surat. These all are top NITs after Tiruchi, Warangal and Surathkal. You can ECE, EEE, MEC and CIV in these colleges. I would suggest you go for them

You can get NITs as well as GFTI. In terms of NITs, you will get to best ranking ones at this rank. Have a little background research about all branches before applying and you will be good.

You can get CSE at NIts and it would be your best option if you have interest in CS/IT
