Kindly mention the government college you wish to get a seat in. However at 68.2% ssc getting a government engineering colleg will be hard if you are talking about just entering via 12th percentage. TBH i am not sure if they allow that anymore but normally it's through cet or jee. However incase you've give any entrance exam let me know that rank too manybe i can pinpoint the government college you're more likely to get.
