The government engineering colleges has higher merit list and cutoff so with less percentage mark you didnt get dmission in government colleges but, you can ask for the GEC COLLEGES OF BHARUCH and godhara where merit list at last round is nearly to your percentage 

Also the lowes fee offering colleges with less fee and good education you can go to vadodara institute of engineering, vadodara.
