Final year student or graduate of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering/ architecture or Master's degree (or equivalent) in science, computer applications can apply for gate. To be eligible for the exam, students must have secured first class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a recognized university. They should have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. There is no age limit for appearing in this exam.
