It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank but you can easily calculate the approximate rank by the Rank Calculator formula:-

formula:- (100-your percentile)*total no of students appeared in exam/100

In your case:-(100-70)*869010 /100= 260703.

But after the April session your rank would may goes more higher as the number of student appear will increase up to 1200000.

In your case your rank must be around 260,703
If you want  to appear in jee main April examination.,you need to apply for it. Application form for jee main April examination starts from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.
