It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank but you can easily calculate the approximate rank by the Rank Calculator formula:-

formula:- (100-your percentile)*total no of students appeared in exam/100

In your case:-(100-70)*869010 /100= 260703.

But after the April session your rank would may goes more higher as the number of student appear will increase up to 1200000.
