The National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet announced the precise percentile cutoff to qualify in JEE Mains Examination. Since JEE Mains is going to be conducted again in April  this year in various shifts on various days the exact cutoff percentile cannot be estimated. 

I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce the precise cutoff percentile.
