sorry for the inconvenience Satish,for ICT,mumbai applications for PG and Ph.D. courses will be accepted only online from 23rd April 2019Being a non Maharashtrian, to enter into ICT you have to apply through all India quota in dte Maharashtra. So you should score very good marks in both jee mains and boards . Jee advanced marks does not count here. You need to be in the topmost percentile of India as u are not from Maharashtra . There is no separate form for ICT .
