Firstly, congratulations for securing excellent ranks in both EAMCET and in JEE Mains. Now, if your question is about which rank will be more favorable to get a college in engineering, i would definitely say JEE Mains, because it's an all India based examination, and your percentile is pretty great to bag a seat in some of the best colleges in India.
Now if your question is about which engineering stream should you choose, i would say that's definitely your call. All the streams are equally good, and has their own pros and cons, so it's not really possible to suggest one for you without knowing what exactly are you interested in.
