According To provided percentile
Your expected rank would be around be 3 ,00,000.
Your catogary rank would be around 1,00,000.
It is hard to say whether you have qualified for JEE advanced or not because you are at border line.You have to wait For JEE April session.After that Scenes will be clear.
It is advisable to participate in Mains session So that your rank can improve.

Hello Candidate,
General candidate have to score atleast 76 - 77 percentile to clear the jee as per seeing the previous year cutoffs.
As there is very less margin in OBC and general category candidate you seems just clear the jee main but you are on border line of clear jee .
With this percentile there is less probability of getting government college .
With this percentile you able to get private colleges.
My suggestion for you is to prepare well for next attempt (April Jee) and then best of both exam will count during the admission process.
