I got 71 percentile in jee main jan 2019. Is there any chance to get admission in govt engineering college.I am obc category.

Actually this year the JEE mains is conducting for twice so now we can't predict the exactly chances of getting in government January session is completed and April session yet to be complete so till April we should wait after that exam we can tell exactly
But you percentile is little low you should improve your percentile so please write the April session as well
