Hope you are doing well. Jamia Millia Islamia College is a very good college and is also very popular situated in Delhi. It has a very high cutoff for the admission . And infact for general category it is really very high. Last year the closing rank for civil engineering in round 6 for general category students was 41888 . So according to your rank there is no chance for you to get admission in this college. You should try for another college.
