As you already knownthat your score is really low enough to get you admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits with any core or non core branches.
But still you can try to get admission into most of the northeast nits with non core branches as in there the cutoff for low branches goes maximum upto 9k also for sc student.
Northeast nits are nit manipur , nit mizoram , nit nagaland , nit aizawal. Etc.

As you have mentioned that your category rank is 7177 under st category... Nevertheless, you hold the telangana domicile too.. Well, your category rank is somewhat high.. But as the csab special round is held to fill the vacant seats fir IIITs, NITs and GFITs and its cutoff goes somewhat higher(rank wise) , because of which you hold some decent chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs......
Well, if you would be lucky enough to grab the seat, then its too good...

With this huge rank in JEE main you have zero chances of getting a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs.
Even your ST category ra k rank us very high.
