According to the rules you can appear for jee mains for three consecutive years, once when you are in 12th and after that two consecutive years and for jee advanced, you can appear for two consecutive years, so if you have completed your 12th this year, then you can give jee mains again in 2020 .

Yes you can definitely appear in 2020 jee main exam provided you have not crossed the maximum number of attempts.

Also you have to score minimum percentage in class 12th required to qualify For example you have to score 75 percentage if you are general category student.
