To secure admission in B.Sc. Biotechnology at Fergusson College, following should be taken note of:
Eligibility: Higher Secondary School Certificate  (10+2) or its equivalent Examination with English and Biology; and two of the science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics*, Biotechnology.
(*Mathematics is not compulsory)
Selection is merit based and marks of PCB are considered.
If you are a Maharashtrian, then the cutoff will be around 75% or more. For students from other states, the cutoff for B.Sc. Biotechnology will be within the range 85-90%.
If 72% is your PCB percentage then your chances of selection are low. I advise you to look for other colleges.
