As you have secured 72 percentile so let me tell you predicted rank would be around 3L. So it's quite difficult to get a seat in the college with this low rank but however you can hope to get it through your obc rank.

You can also keep other colleges like gurughasidas bilaspur Assam University, kongri Vishwavidyalaya as backup. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
