I assume you are talking about Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology. They charge 1,00,000 INR as tuition fees annually and 70,000 INR as Hostel charges. Around 50%-60% of the students receive scholarships based on merit and caste. Bank loans are easily available as suggested by few current students.
