Once you have secured jee main rank you shouldnt have any concern regarding ipe since the seats in Nits alloted on the basis of jee rank.

Getting top NITs is difficult however uou have good chances with following NITs :
NIT srinagar Metallurgy engineering
NIt silchar Instrumentation engineering
NIT Mizoram
NIT sikkim
NIT Manipur.
