It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank since it depends on various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score in the exam, normalization of marks, tie breakers and other such factors. The approximate rank with the given score is expected to be in between 25,000-35,000. There will a difference in actual rank and expected rank. You have to wait until the results are announced to know the actual rank.
