The cutoff for JEE Advanced is way higher than the percentile you scored. Therefore, it is not possible for you to appear for the JEE Advanced 2019. There isn’t anything to worry about. You could always improve yourself.

As per the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced examination, candidates must qualify JEE Mains. This year cutoff for open category candidates was around 89.75 percentile and your percentile is far below the cutoff percentile. I am sorry to say but you won't be eligible for taking up JEE advanced examination.
