Now on such rank you have almost no chances for any of the NITs with CSE branch even after considering your SC quota you can have chances in following colleges based on your JEE-Main rank for CSE branch :-

• Delhi Technical Campus, Greater Noida
• P. R. Pote Patil College of Engineering and Management, Amravati
• Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering and Technology, Pune
• Annie Institute of Technology and Research Centre, Chhindwara

On such percentile, being a SC candidate you have good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.

in NIT there are in total of 3311 seats reserved for SCs in total. so, yes there are chances for you to grab a seat but still, you can check your eligibility from the college predictor link that I'm attaching for you.
