According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 2,46,000-2,75,000 and on the basis of this rank and category you cannot get any of the NITs or any good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
