It depends on your category. As autonomous colleges are in limited number there are less chances to get admission. But hoping for the best have a trail. All the best! 

If your caste is SC or ST then you will be definitely having much more chances to get any of autonomous college. But if you are of OBC or genral category then you have almost zero chances to get in autonomous colleges  instead of having ncc certificate. You will be getting a jntu affiliated colleges which are no more less than autonomous colleges. Hoping for the best to happen. This link might help you out:
