Everyone can appear in the JoSSA counselling irrespective of their ranks and percentile. But seats are only given to the ones who qualify the examination and clear the cutoffs set by the participating institutes.
With this percentile, your chances of clearing the exam are not clear as the predicted cutoff this year is set in between 70-75 for a OBC candidate.
Even if you clear the examination then getting the NITS, IIITS and GFTIS will not be possible with this score.
