With this much score in jee mains 2019 your changes of getting the college is very low. I will suggest you to apply for private colleges like :

Upes Dehradun

Amity University

Sharda University

Lpu University etc.

With branches like civil and chemical engineering there.

Hey Sama, hope you are doing well. According to previous year's trends and cutoffs it is difficult to get into NITS and IIITS. You can get North eastern NITS like Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Meghalaya. You can try for private colleges which accept the JEE MAINS score like Nirma University, Thapar University, PDPU, DAIICT, etc. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
