Hello Reza,
I am very happy that you asked this question so early, since no college has started their counselling yet.

I pretty sure that you can fine a decent college with this rank. However I would recommend you to keep your options open for now and keep looking .

You can search for any college,go on their website and keep a watch on their counselling and cutt- off marks.

I hope you will find a nice college. Hope you a great future.
