As per your percentile is concerned let me tell you that it is not possible to get cse branch even if you belong to the OBC category because the cut offs are much higher.

The cut offs further depends on certain conditions such as choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

So ,i would advise you to kindly keep the private colleges as a backup.
