Yes certainly you can crack NEET. You just need a sincere preparation for 1 year. Since you have scored 76% in PCB you are eligible for NEET entrance  as well as Aiims UG and Jipmer UG entrance exam.Revise your Ncerts of 11 and 12 standard.Focus on practicing multiple choice questions.

Read NCERT Biology physics and chemistry. Practice numericals. Do practice papers.
