Dear Aspirant,

Your marks aren't enough to get you civil engineering branch. Still if you have hope you can attend the counseling till the last round but it's negligible chance that you would be able to grab civil engineering branch.
Don't worry there are many other entrance exams as well. Work hard and grab your desired branch.
