Based on your given percentile, your CRL rank would be around 250000+. In this rank ,the chances of getting seat in NITs is bit difficult. Although you can still apply for NITs counseling. If cutoff remains lower than previous year, then you could get some branch in Newer NITs like NIT Meghalaya, NIT Manipur etc.
