To be very honest, 76 percentile is good but not best. And 14 percentile in JEE mains is not very good, with JEE mains score you might not get a good engineering college for IT, not only in Pune but in any city/state.
But yes 76 percentile in MHT-CET can get you a good college.
Suggesting college on the basis of rank only with percentile will be a bit difficult.
