Hi swastik ,
As you too know that your score is low enough to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
But though you can apply for some GFTIs as with your rank you can easily get admission into some of the government funded institute.
Try to apply in assam university, mizoram university , school of engineering.
