Hello Harsha, yes you are eligible to join in vizag campus. You'll be given seats upto 26000 ranks.

Is fee redusable for 7192 rank or same fee of 2,42000

There would be no reduction in fee, it would remain the same. The scholarships is given only to top 100 ranks.
