So first thing is you are not qualify in jee mains 2019 because you did not clear jee mains cut off %tile so for getting nit and IIT is not possible now. Second option is you can get state level engineering college if you have not financial crisis and have enough money so you can give exams of bits pilani it is very good option because bits pilani is also  a brand like IIT. And if you have some financial crisis and not enough money so don't be sad there is another option You can take  admission in your state level colleges such as if you are from rajasthan  so you can fill REAP form and can get government college and if you are not From rajasthan  even then you can fill REAP form.
