The rank (CRL) from percentile is to be calculated by following formula: rank (CRL) = (100-percentile)* Total no of student appeared in exam/100 As per the formula, your CRL rank is coming out to be 199872 approximately, where total no. of student appeared in the exam is 869010 .
If you belong to general category, the chances to get an NIT is very low. You need to score at least 96 percentile to get admission in an NIT.

The percentile that you have obtained is not above the average so getting NIT colleges will not be possible if you are in General, or OBC category. And even if you are in SC/ST categories then also your chances are very low in NIT colleges. So you could try some private institutes exams like VITEEE, BITs etc. You can also try in state colleges exams.
And last but not least you could give another try in JEE Mains again this year.
