I am really sorry to say your rank is too much to get you a good branch in VIT. You can fill for counseling but don't expect any good or popular branch for yourself. But this is not end of the world my friend. You should fill some other entrance exams forms and try your luck there. Work hard and you will surely get your desired branch.
