Hello.
Is this percentile score from JEE mains January session of exam , if yes so before predicting your chances let us calculate you approx common rank so it would be around : 1,91,182.
Now as per the previous year record of JEE mains cutoff for LD college of engineering you have degraded chances of admission in this college not only through Home state quota but also through other one , I would suggest you to apply for next session of JEE Mains exam and improve your percentile score, here application window is reopened again from 19/may/2020 to 24/may/2020.
