Hello Abinandhana

Amrita University is no were related to JEE Mains. There is a seperate exam conducted for getting into Amrita University. You can apply for the exam either for computer based or ppt according to your own convenience.

You can visit this link for registration of exam-https://amritauniv.online-ap1.com/#no-back-button

And for the JEE mains exam you can only get into NIT's.And for a percentile of 78.2 there are less chances of getting NIT's.But dont worry you have another chance to grab a seat in prestigious institutes in the month of april.

All the best for both the entrance exams!!!
