As you know the rank of JEE main is still not declared .so at this time it is very difficult to say about the cutoff of any college.
but according to experts of many well recognised institutions.the cutoff of JEE main will be 80 to 85 percentile or above.
so sorry but there is no chance for getting NIT.

I would like to tell you that the score is kind of less for NIT's but as you are from ST category, you may have a chance at it.
It's not possible to go for the core branches but you can try for the lower branches at the lower NIT's as well.
